What methods of payments are available?

Cash on Delivery (COD) Online Banking (for shipping only) Online banking (for shipping only) is available upon request, we will email or WhatsApp your total amount and our account no. to you. Please transfer your total order amount including any additional fee stated in the email (if applicable). After successful transfer, please send us a copy of the transaction receipt including your order number to gohealthy.mart@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 017-539 0040.
When and where can I receive my order(s)?

Pick-up: Available from Monday to Wednesday from 10am-3pm at KDU University College Penang. Delivery: Available in Penang only (Georgetown, Gelugor, Bayan Lepas and nearby areas). An additional fee of RM6-RM10 will be charged according to place of delivery. Do contact us if you want the service. Shipping by courier: A shipping fee will be charged according to weight and destination place. You will be able to receive your order in 1-3 working days after you have made your payment. **Courier is not applicable for the Detox Water.
How about the products' expiry date?

Poppadoms: 12 months from manufacturing date. Best to consume within a week after opened. Glinter Fruit Drink: 18 months from manufacturing date. After opening, consumed within one day. (TIP: For better taste, chill and shake well.) Tipco 100% Juice: 9 months from manufacturing date. After opening, consumed within one day. (TIP: For better taste, chill and shake well.)
Are there any special price/discount for bulk purchasing?

Do contact us and we will quote you a "special" price.
How to place an order?

Visit our online store and scroll through our awesome products. Click on the eye-catching products that you like, choose your preferred flavour and quantity and add them to your bag. (TIP : All flavours are a must try.) Next, click the shopping bag and check your order. Finally, click checkout and fill up your details.
How will I know if my order is accepted?

An order confirmation email will be sent to your email with all the details.
Can I cancel my order?

There is no cancellation upon order confirmation. It is a smart choice to deal with us and we guarantee you satisfaction.
Is there any minimum value to order?

Nope. You can order as little and as many as you like.
Can I return or exchange the product if I am not satisfied with it?

No. We do not have return policy as well as refund policy. An item can be exchanged if the item have any serious damages.
Are the products Halal?

Poppadoms, Glinter Fruit Drink and Tipco 100% Juice are all halal certified.
